Booking Terms:

  • A 50% booking fee will need to be made to secure appointment.

  • Balance in CASH ONLY at the appointment please.

  • Non Refundable service

  • 5 Day guarantee if your not happy with anything I will fix for free or remove for free (only in first 5 days)

Lash extensions and lash lift clients please read the following:

  • New clients please arrive 10mins early and please DON'T wear eye makeup. (removal of mascara will incur a $20 fee)

  • Clean, oil residue free lashes are a MUST or it wastes time cleaning instead of lashes being applied

  • Please don't be late as it results in not as many lashes applied

  • No spray tans 48 hours before or after lash application If you take fish oil supplements or use coconut oil on your face or use a lash serum please stop now as it affects how long the extensions will last.

  • Full sets are by average number of lashes that a person has, If you have above average number of lashes extra time is needed. If you think you have above average and would like 100% covered please contact me first to arrange extra time.

  • Patch Testing: Please ensure you book a patch test 24/48hrs before your appointment, even if you have had extensions, lash lift or tinting before with another artist as all products are different, this is highly recommended to minimise the chance of an allergic reaction and it is all FREE (This is the clients responsibility there are no refunds if a reaction has occurred)

Important: 

  • You must be 18 or over or have a legal guardian with you to sign the consent form: 

  • Are you pregnant? I required a form signed by your g.p before an appointment

  • Do you currently have any lash extensions on? Please let me know prior to the appointment

  • Have you had any eye surgery?

  • Do you have sensitive eyes to adhesives or eye products?

  • Are you able to lay still and keep your face relaxed for 2 hours?

  • If you wear contacts please bring your contact case as they will come out for the application.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations and rescheduling must be done strictly 48 hour before an appointment to have the booking fee refunded. Booking fee will be deducted from the total appointment cost when attended. This ensures appointment times are valued and respected by clients.
